RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Overview
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which LaShadé Designs (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts returns, issues refunds, and processes exchanges for products purchased through our website and associated digital platforms (“the Website”).
By placing an order, the customer (“you” or “the User”) agrees to this Policy in its entirety.
This Policy applies to all online purchases unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.

2. Eligibility Criteria
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify customercare@lashadedesigns.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to purchases, may directly through the official LaShadé website
    Please note that any item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following categories are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and final sale:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order garments;
  • Customized or personalized items;
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items;
  • Gift cards and digital downloads;
  • Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).

4. Exchange Authorization
All exchange requests must be submitted by email to customercare@lashadedesigns.com and must include:

  • Your order number;
  • Item(s) to be exchanged;
  • Reason for the exchange; and clear photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once reviewed, our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns without an RA Number will not be processed.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a written confirmation of approval, exchange, store credit, or rejection.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that fails to comply with this Policy.

5. Exchange Shipping
Unless the exchange is due to an error by the Company (defective or incorrect item), all
shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the User.
Requirements:

  • The package must be sent via a trackable courier service.
  • The RA Number must be clearly indicated on the parcel.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. The Company is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

6. Policy Abuse
The Company reserves the right to refuse future transactions or account access if patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior are detected.

7. Modifications to This Policy
The Company may update or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice.
All revisions become effective upon publication on the Website.

It is the User’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
