When you see a "Made to Order" button on a product, it means that size is not currently in stock but can be produced for you depending on fabric availability. Click "Request This Size" to submit your request. No payment is taken until we confirm availability and your production timeline.
You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. We review every request personally and will contact you within 48 hours to confirm whether we can fulfil your request, your production timeline, and payment details. Production begins only after full payment is received.
Yes. If you change your mind before payment is made, simply do not complete the payment and your request will be released automatically after 48 hours. Cancellations after production has begun are not guaranteed and may be subject to a production fee.
Visit our Size Guide for full body measurement guidelines. We recommend measuring yourself in tight clothing, using a soft tape measure. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up or selecting Custom Fit for a precise fit.
Custom Fit allows you to order any Ready to Wear piece in your exact measurements. Select Custom Fit as your size on the product page and enter your Waist to Hem or Neck to Hem measurement in inches in the field provided. Our team will use your measurement to cut and produce the piece to your length.

For Waist to Hem — stand straight and measure from your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso) down to where you would like the hem to fall.
For Neck to Hem — measure from the base of your neck down to your desired hem length.

Yes. Once your piece is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

We will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision in detail. No payment is taken until the design is agreed and your production timeline is confirmed.
For clients based or visiting Nigeria, we schedule in-person fittings at key stages of production.
For US-based clients, in-person fittings are available, your fitting location and schedule will be arranged during your consultation.
For all other international clients, we are available to travel for fittings upon request, and a guided virtual measurement session is included as standard for all international orders. We walk you through every measurement step by step via video call to ensure complete accuracy before production begins. The number of fittings depends on the complexity of the garment and will be confirmed during your consultation.
