• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice
• Images on the website are as accurate as possible but slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces and screen display differences
• LaShadé Designs reserves the right to decline any order for any reason

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for Nigerian customers and US Dollars (USD) for US customers. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order or request confirmation is the price applicable to your purchase.

For in-stock Ready to Wear purchases, full payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.

For Request to Order, made to measure, bespoke, and couture pieces, the following applies:

• No payment is taken at the time of request
• A payment link is sent after LaShadé confirms availability, timeline, and pricing
• Full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation to secure the order
• Production begins only after payment is received and confirmed
• Orders not paid within 48 hours of confirmation are automatically released

LaShadé Designs reserves the right to refuse any payment or order for any reason without obligation to disclose the reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on www.lashadedesigns.com — including but not limited to text, photographs, design work, brand identity, collection names, garment designs, lookbook imagery, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of LaShadé Designs LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in Nigeria, the United States, and internationally.

By using our website you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content in whole or in part without prior written consent
• Use our brand name, logo, imagery, or designs for any commercial or personal purpose without authorization
• Reverse engineer, replicate, or reproduce any LaShadé garment design or creative work

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.
