As a travel lover, Olashade’s wanderlust passion inspires her to collect art and textiles and infuses these in her designs.
MEET THE DESIGNER
Our founder, OLASHADE OLABISI is a published stylist and fashion designer.
Olashade fell in love with fashion at the age of 12, when she picked up an old sewing machine from a flea market in her home country of Germany. Since then, her passion has grown into the LaShadé Designs brand. Olashade's work is inspired by her African and European heritage, the love for fabric and fashion, and the understanding of how difficult it can be to find clothes that fit your unique shape and soul.
